Facilitee has created the most user-friendly and advanced service desk software for real estate in the world. We aim to unite all relevant stakeholders in the real estate domain being owners, asset managers, operators, service providers and tenants. From our amazing office in Amsterdam we work hard on growing this business. Due to increasing demand we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support and facilitate our growth.
About the role
Our Customer Success team is growing, so initially you will be busy with a bit of everything. We encourage input and feedback, and sometimes you just have to put your head down and do the inevitable grunt work. If we must summarize, these are the main tasks:
- Immerse yourself in the entire customer lifecycle; onboarding, adoption, expansion, and ambassadorship.
- Building relationships with customers.
- Pamper customers with triple AAA customer support.
- Become a Product Champion and collect feedback from our customers so we can continuously improve the product.
You will be a great fit if you bring the below to the team:
- A bachelors degree
- Ability to work in a fast-paced company and ready to work both independently or as part of a team.
- You have a commercial instinct.
- Ability to take feedback, learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
- You think from the customer’s perspective and put the clients need first
- You are a self starter and take responsibility for your own progress
- You enjoy finding structure in chaos.
- You speak Dutch and English fluently
- Previous experience in a SaaS company is a plus
